1. Refund policy
- Service fees are non-refundable because the service is digital.
- After purchase, access to the digital service is activated directly for the user.
- Only duplicate payments or proven technical payment errors may be reviewed as exceptions.
2. How to request
Email us from the same address used to subscribe and include the tracking number (BKT-...). We will respond within 2 business days.
3. Exceptional case timing
If an exceptional case is approved, the amount is returned to the original card. Posting times can take 5-14 business days depending on the issuing bank.
4. Exceptions
- Service abuse or attempts to bypass usage limits technically.
- Violations of these Terms or applicable Saudi law.
